The Koorda CRC was originally established in 1999, then known as the Koorda Telecentre to provide a range of services and support to the Community and welcome tourists and visitors to the district.

To this day the Koorda CRC offers a variety of utilities to our Community ranging from computer and internet access, Centrelink access, photocopying and printing services, office hire, video conferencing, tourist information and brochures.

The Western Australian Community Resource Network is comprised of over 100 CRCs throughout the state.  There are currently 41 in the Wheatbelt. At a CRC you can access local information, public computers, print documents, access video conferencing meetings and attend training and education workshops.  The WACRN is supported by the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) and is funded by the State government through Royalties for Regions – (www.wa.gov.au)
